02Measurement & survey
When needed, we visit the site for a technical survey and assessment of conditions. Rigour from the start.

Material selection
We present material options suited to the project, with samples where possible. Marble, granite, limestone, quartzite or engineered stone.
04Quote & confirmation
You receive a detailed, personalised quote. Prices are confirmed before any work begins.

Cutting & fabrication
Each piece is cut and worked with precision at our facilities, with quality control at every step.
06Finishing
Polished, honed, flamed, brushed or another specified finish. Stone treated down to the detail.

Delivery & installation
Careful delivery to site, or installation when included in the project. We leave everything checked and clean.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions
How long does a job take?
The timeframe depends on the complexity and size of the project. Simple jobs such as sills or thresholds can be delivered within working days. More complex projects or those with materials to order may take a few weeks. We always state the timeframe before proceeding.
Do you need to visit the site to measure?
For most jobs yes, especially when a precise fit is required. For pieces without installation included, the client can provide measurements, but we always recommend a technical check where possible.
Do you handle installation or only fabrication?
It depends on the project. In many cases we handle only the fabrication of the pieces, which are then delivered for installation by others. In other cases we include installation — this should be specified in the quote request.
Can you make irregular shapes or cut-outs?
Yes. Cut-outs for taps, hobs, sinks and other elements are a routine part of the work. Non-rectangular shapes are also possible — they should be specified in detail in the request.
Does the quote have a validity period?
Quotes are valid for a period stated in the document, usually 30 days. After that, there may be variations in material price or timeframe.
